Employees

At the end of 2009, Modrá pyramida employed 370 employees. Several organizational changes were made last year aimed at increasing primarily the effectiveness of the approval process and credit drawing. Increasing only by two employees the staff remained almost the same in 2009 compared with the previous year.

Modrá pyramida focused on fostering the managerial skills of managers in addition to the broadening of professional knowledge of employees. There was also a change in occupational health and safety where e-learning was chosen for training and testing of employees, including managers. This form has facilitated the training process and provided more options to employees to focus on topics they need to update or refresh.

In 2009, Modrá pyramida also concentrated on the remuneration system. With the introduction of new wage structure the remuneration process was simplified. The new arrangement allows a more precise comparison of Modrá pyramida‘s employees basic wage and variable part of wage with the market in the Czech Republic.

Environment

Modrá pyramida has a careful approach to the environment and its activities do not harm it in any way. The company motivates in this respect its employees, as well as its clients. To the latter the company offers preferential “Green Loans” that are designed for financing of environment-friendly refurbishment of housing in the framework of the state programme “Green Light for Savings”.
